Descriptions of the Divisions

Below is some information about our divisions.

You can register on more than one team in different divisions however you'll need to pay a separate registration fee for each team.

Our approach to scheduling is to create a challenging but fun environment.  We'll make concerted efforts to match-up teams with similar levels and always endeavor to avoid large point spreads.

Men's

Our men's division is fun, fast-paced, competitive and challenging.  It's open to players and teams of all skill-levels with scheduling based on players experience and skill. 

This division will have one SABO referee and one scorekeeper for each game.

Boys

Fun, safe, organized, and fast-paced.  Hone your skills and friendships under the sun.  Open to ages 12-18 and divided in to age groups and skill levels.

This division will have one SABO referee and one scorekeeper for each game.

Women's

Our women's division will be action-packed, fun and exciting.  It's open to players and teams of all skill-levels with scheduling based on players experience and skill.  Scheduled according to skill level.

This division will have one SABO referee and one scorekeeper for each game.

Girls

Fun, safe, organized, and fast-paced.  Hone your skills and friendships under the sun.  Open to ages 12-18 and divided in to age groups and skill levels.

This division will have one SABO referee and one scorekeeper for each game.

Co-ed Adult

This division is a great place to meet people and play the game we all love under Saskatchewan's living skies.  It's intention is create recreational and competitive environment with 'fun' and 'love of the game' being the primary focus.

This division will have one SABO referee and one scorekeeper for each game.

Parents & Tots

This division is bound to be interesting and rewarding.  Parents (Guardians or Care-givers) can pass along their skills and knowledge of the game while playing along-side your young-ones.

This division is intended to be developmental and very non-competitive.

One player registration fee covers both the parent and tot.

Games are reffed by the parents and they'll be no official score-keeping.

Your Own Division

Do you have a group of players that would like to play independently amongst themselves?  Let SKOBL set up your schedule, arrange refs and scorekeepers, and manage the division while you have fun and enjoy all the things that the outdoor game has to offer.

You can have as few as 20 players make up 4 teams.

You can choose the days, times and courts you'd like to play on, then let us take care of the rest.

We're happy to provide one SABO referee and one scorekeeper for each game or just utilize the schedule and play by the honor system.  You can report scores to the website and we'll update results and standings.

It's your division, we'll work with you to make it fit your players expectations.
